Carriers must keep required licences, insurance and vehicle records current and complete accepted jobs professionally and lawfully.

Quotes, bookings and payment
A quote becomes a booking when accepted and confirmed. Any marketplace fee, payment timing and cancellation terms are shown before payment.

Cancellations and disputes
Users should raise issues promptly. Refunds and cancellation charges depend on the circumstances and the stage of the booking.
